The Monterey Story

With roots in the 1970s Monterey Park Inc. arrived onto the residential housing scene. Building quality residential houses, Monterey soon expanded into acquiring and managing asset real estate in the G.T.A. and in Dallas in addition to commercial property development.

With our lean and efficient team, Monterey continues to expand its operations and develop exciting new properties.  Phase one of the Gateway redevelopment project is 1 Gateway Boulevard, a proffessional office building with ground floor retail to anchor the redevelopment of the Gateway property.  The exisiting restaurant/retail pads will be relocated to abut along Queen St. creating a more dynamic consumer experience.

Currently under construction is the new 5 storey office building at the Commons, the Gillingham & Bovaird shopping centre.  Exciting new tenancies will be located at 60 Gillingham.  Sun Life Financial has signed on with other tenancies now being formalized.
